The restaurant serves lunch and dinner made with local produce. Lamb and salmon are the house specialities. There is a breakfast buffet, and packed lunches are available for the day.

Vogur Country Lodge is set in the old barn on the farm Vogur. It was renovated in 2012 and the first guests arrived in January 2013. Bjarni Jónsson grew up at Vogur and became known by the farm's name, Bjarni frá Vogi. A memorial grove to him stands just by the house, and a monument by the road.

Vogur is on Klofningsvegur (road 590) on Fellsströnd, about 45 km from Búðardalur. There's no petrol station on the peninsula, so fill up in Búðardalur.
